Congratulations to the winners of the “Bling Your Purse” Contest!
The First Place winner was Charlene Popson with “Take me to the dance-Midnight Elegance”.
It is made from black velvet, lace, pearls and cording for the handles. Pretty fancy, huh?
Bling My Purse contest winner
Laura Stanley entered “Sac Blanc”. Because it is white, you may not be able to see the lovely detail on this bag. It is made from a thick white cotton canvas type fabric. The flap has different fancy stitching on it, and hand sewn beads. Very lovely, indeed!
Two-Hour Tulip Purse Contest Winner
Laura Broderick entered “Somebling Old”. This is a very decorated purse. It is made from suede in lovely colors. It also has lots of ribbon, buttons and bling! All three of these purses were displayed at Spring Quilt Market in Minneapolis in May, 2015. They received lots of attention!
